Welcoming, helpful, professional staff. Nice, comfortable, clean room. Breakfast buffet was good overall. Location is central to food and shopping. Taxi service was always quick - used Uber Taxi to get around. CU next door.

Location was great - close to the airport, quick access to public transport, with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store across the alley. My room was kept clean and always stocked with the complimentary snacks & beer (the prawn ramyeon was my fave).

We had a good sized room with a view over the city. The sofa option in the deluxe room is useful. Beds are very comfortable and the room was a pleasant place to be. Breakfast options were excellent and we enjoyed a 3 course breakfast on each day of our stay. Staff do a great job of keeping everything clean and well organised. Location is central in Jeju City with lots of places to eat nearby.

We stayed at the Shilla Stay in Jeju because of its proximity to the airport while still being in a lively/shopping/eating area of the city. Indeed, although we took a taxi it took less than 10 minutes to get to airport, and we had no problem finding some restaurants and something to do. The hotel itself is exactly like other Shilla Stay hotels across Korea, so if you've been to one, the rooms are exactly identical. Overall it was a comfortable stay, quiet and well located and I'd stay here again for the purpose of easy transit.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are many food options, convenience stores and Olive Young around the hotel. Great location.

The hotel was amazing. The entrance hall was superb, very chic and cozy. Everything was super modern, and the room was pretty good too. The bathroom was gorgeous, with automated toiled and a nice bath tub. The hotel location was great, close to several stores and restaurants. Public transport was also available and the bus stops were in a walking distance. Excellent hotel! I would totally come back, and I recommend to other guests visiting Jeju City.

Breakfast was great with quality selection. Hotel front office staff Belle was exceptional. Highly knowledgeable of what we expected as tourists. Great recommendations. Friendly and helpful, with great smiles always.

Great location in the city center, near to Shilla and Lotte tax free shopping malls. Also convenient to take busses nearby, direct bus to airport as well. Staff is nice and helpful.
